Booking

When making your reservation, at least 50 percent of the total amount has to be paid. The rest of the amount must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival. Your reservation is not valid until the full amount has been paid.

 

Renting the apartment

The apartment is rented by appointment, but the starting point is from Saturday to Saturday with arrival from 14 pm and departure before 10 am.

On departure the apartment must returned tidy, the refrigerator must be emptied completely, all garbage must be removed, and the furniture must stand as upon arrival.

 

The apartment may be used only for residential purposes. Therefore it is not allowed to host parties, receptions or other events in the apartment. If the customer has a specific desire to host an event - possibly in the context of a festival - we are open to finding a solution that satisfies both parties.

 

Key delivery

The key to the apartment is delivered upon arrival. 

 

Towels and linen

There are towels, bed linen and kitchen linen in the apartment, but this is not included in the rental price. However, it can be rented at a price of DKK 200 per person. Alternatively, you can bring your own towels, linen and tea towels.

 

Cleaning

We will arrange the final cleaning. This is included in the price of renting the apartment.

 

Garbage

Garbage bags should be placed in waste containers on the roadside.

 

Internet

There is wireless internet for free in the apartment. Internet ID and password provided on arrival.
